是Steven Kotler 在介绍什么是flow,以及如何进入flow
主要介绍了如下几个帮助你进入flow的条件

- Passion
- Purpose
- Autonomy (freedom to pursue purpose)
- Mastery (skills to pursue purpose well)
我听下来,感觉能够落地去试一下的只有为我当前每一件决定要做的事情事先想好一个purpose,然后再去做,就会比较有进入flow的感觉。

I can force a state of flow through a little routine. 我可以尝试一下他的routine,也可以改造一下,创造出一个我自己的routine来,我的猜测是主要起到作用的是有个仪式感。
